TERMS OF SERVICE

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you make a booking with us, whether online, in-venue, or over the phone, you agree to our terms of play and the below terms and conditions:

Cancellation & Refund
A full refund is available with one week's notice. Bookings can be changed to a different date or time up to 72 hours in advance without a refund. No changes or refunds are permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled time. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals or shortened experiences due to lateness. We cannot guarantee refunds in the event of severe weather, travel disruption or other external factors.

Arriving Time
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled experience start time. If your group is running late on the day, please get in touch with us as early as possible by calling our host stand at 425.459.2324 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Confirmations
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of booking. You may receive an email request to check in before you arrive. please follow the instructions for a smooth arrival when you get to the venue.

Your booking is valid only for the game/package you have chosen. Bookings are available at the door as well as online, subject to availability.
MIRRA does not accept any liability for loss, damage or theft of your personal possessions while in our venues.


Communication Consent
You agree to receive communications related to your booking at any of the phone numbers provided during the booking or registration process by you, including via e-mail, text messages, calls, and push notifications. You agree that the texts, calls or prerecorded messages may be generated by automated systems. Communications from Mirra may include but are not limited to operational communications concerning your booking and Player Profile verification.

Player Profile Verification
Message and data rates may apply. One message per verification request. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, or any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages from Mirra only for booking confirmation and profile verification purposes. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Additional terms are located in our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can get help directly at help@visitmirra.com.

Full Payment for Bookings
We require full payment for all bookings prior to booking completion. By completing a booking either online, In person or over the phone, you consent to being charged for the entire cost of your booking. Mirra uses a third-party payment processor for credit, debit, and other electronic payments. All such payments are subject to our payment processor’s terms of service, which can be found here.

Who Can Play
Headsets can be worn by guests ages 13 and up. Following Washington state law, children under 13 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Each bay can comfortably fit groups of 2 to 8 people. For the safety of all guests, please ensure that bay occupancy limits are adhered to at all times.

Alcohol Service Policy
Where we are licensed to serve alcohol in the US, we will do so at our sole discretion, only to persons who can prove they are 21+ with a valid, government-issued ID and only in line with all applicable Federal, State, and City regulations. Our staff can refuse alcohol service to anyone for any reason.

 

Guests under the age of 21 are welcome in our venues until 8:00 pm. The last booking time available to under 21's is 7:00 pm for games in the venues that have them. We reserve the right to require certain underage visitors to be accompanied by an adult or provide the consent of an adult before the minor is permitted to in our venue.

Accessibility Information
Limited stroller parking available onsite.
Our venues are open to guests with a wide range of accessibility needs and is accessible via elevator.


WARNING: The game show content could potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewer discretion is advised.


Mirra is ADA compliant and our game bays are wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the VR game experience is not currently wheelchair friendly. The VR game experience requires players to be able to walk unassisted for 10 minutes continuously with many games requiring full use of both hands. We do not recommend this experience to pregnant women, those with epilepsy, or those with heart conditions.

Dogs are not permitted in our venues, with the exception of Guide Dogs/Service Animals.

Safety
For the enjoyment and safety of other guests and staff, our venue team reserves the right to refuse entry to any guests deemed to be intoxicated or behaving inappropriately, and remove guests from the venue for these reasons.
We will not tolerate any abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff or other guests.


Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside.
No illegal substances may be brought onto the premises at any time.
We respectfully ask that firearms are not brought into our business.


Image and Video Consent
As a condition of entering our venue, all players must be aware of and consent to filming. Photography and video footage that we may take or have taken may be used for PR purposes and/or marketing materials and you consent to our use thereof without compensation to you.


By making a booking with Mirra, you agree that any images and video taken of you and your group by us at our venues may be used for promotional activities online and in print by Mirra and their partners. If you do not wish Mirra to use these images and videos, please notify us before the day of your event.
