We offer a full refund if you cancel at least one week before your scheduled booking. You can reschedule your booking to a different date or time or adjust the number of participants up to 48 hours in advance without losing your deposit. However, changes or cancellations made within 38 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for no-shows, shortened experiences due to lateness, or cancellations due to severe weather, travel disruptions, or other external factors.
