CAN I BRING IN A BIRTHDAY CAKE?Yes! We’d be thrilled to celebrate your special day with you! There is a $20 fee to bring your own cake into the restaurant, but your server will be happy to assist with cutting and presenting it. Please note that cakes must be store-bought. Let us know, and we’ll make your celebration even sweeter with a special birthday treat!

CAN I WALK IN WITHOUT A RESERVATION?Walk-ins are always welcome for enjoying food & drinks, and catching all the excitement of our gameshow and immersive experiences! However, we highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you get the best experience and avoid any wait times. It’s always better to secure your spot in advance and dive straight into the fun!

Please note that the bar area is restricted to guests 21 and older. Additionally, our weekend late-night events are exclusively 21+ for an elevated experience.

Game Time: Dive into a 45-50 minute game show session featuring 4 exciting rounds, including trivia games, fortune wheels, and draw prizes, with each round lasting approximately 10 minutes. Get ready for an hour packed with fun, excitement, and surprises!

HOW CAN I BOOK A BAY FOR THE GAME SHOW?Booking a gaming bay at Mirra is quick and easy through our online system at https://bookeo.com/visitmirra. Each bay accommodates up to 8 players. Just select your preferred date, time, and the number of bays, then follow the simple steps to complete your reservation!

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND RESCHEDULING?We offer a full refund if you cancel at least one week before your scheduled booking. You can reschedule your booking to a different date or time or adjust the number of participants up to 48 hours in advance without losing your deposit. However, changes or cancellations made within 38 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for no-shows, shortened experiences due to lateness, or cancellations due to severe weather, travel disruptions, or other external factors.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY BOOKINGS?We recommend arriving at Mirra at least 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. This allows you to check in, get settled, and make the most of your experience without feeling rushed.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR BOOKING A TEAM-BUILDING EVENT?Team-building events require a minimum reservation of 3 hours to allow plenty of time for both games and food & beverages. To plan your event, reach out to us via email or our inquiry form. For shorter experiences, you can book game bays directly through our online booking page. Based on your group size, we’ll recommend the ideal mix of gameplay and dining options to fit your needs.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the show. Any cancellations within 24 hours, or not showing up, will incur a $100 cancellation fee ($250 on major headliner nights or special occasions).

WHEN DOES THE AFTER DARK PARTY STARTSJoin us for our regular After Dark Party every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM! Follow us on Instagram @visitmirra to stay updated on special events and exclusive experiences.

WHAT IF I WANT TO INVITE MORE PEOPLE THAN THE NORMAL TABLE SIZE?Due to space limitations, we are unable to fit anyone over the maximum number allowed per table. If available, you can purchase an additional section to accommodate your party size.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING?Most tables hold 8-12 people. We also have the ability to combine tables to accommodate larger groups.

DOES MY GROUP HAVE TO ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?Guests can arrive together or individually. If guests are arriving individually, you can send us a guest list in advance or just have them say your name at the podium.

HOW TO RESERVE THE TABLE SERVICE?Reserve your VIP table service here: Table service is complimentary with a required table minimum, which varies based on party size, the section you choose, and the performing artist for the night.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?Washington state sales tax and a 20% auto gratuity will be added to all tabs and is not part of the minimum spend that is required.
