You can easily book a gaming bay through our online booking system. Each bay can host up to 8 players in total. Simply select the date, time, and number of bays to reserve, and follow the prompts to complete your reservation.

We offer a full refund if you cancel at least one week before your scheduled booking. You can reschedule your booking to a different date or time or adjust the number of participants up to 72 hours in advance without losing your deposit. However, changes or cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for no-shows, shortened experiences due to lateness, or cancellations due to severe weather, travel disruptions, or other external factors.

We recommend arriving at Mirra at least 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. This allows you to check in, get settled, and make the most of your experience without feeling rushed.
