This Privacy Policy describes how Miraworld LLC handles data in connection with SQS Square QuickBooks Sync, an internal integration tool used to synchronize and reconcile Miraworld LLC Square transaction data with Miraworld LLC QuickBooks Online accounting data.

Application Purpose

SQS Square QuickBooks Sync is used for Miraworld LLC business accounting and reconciliation workflows. It is intended for use by Miraworld LLC personnel and Miraworld LLC authorized accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and finance service providers.

The application may access the following categories of data.

QuickBooks Online data:
- Company information
- Chart of accounts
- Items, products, and services
- Customers and vendors
- Invoices
- Payments
- Sales receipts
- Credit memos
- Refund receipts
- Deposits
- Related accounting metadata needed for synchronization, reconciliation, audit, and troubleshooting

Square data:
- Payments
- Orders
- Invoices
- Refunds
- Payouts
- Fees
- Location information
- Transaction metadata needed for synchronization, reconciliation, audit, and troubleshooting

Authentication and system data:
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens needed to connect to QuickBooks Online and Square
- Sync state and transaction mapping records used to prevent duplicate entries
- Logs and error information used to monitor, debug, and audit the application

How We Use Data

Miraworld LLC uses this data to:
- Synchronize Square transactions with QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile Square payouts, fees, refunds, and deposits

Data Sharing

Miraworld LLC does not sell data accessed by the application. Data may be shared with authorized accounting, bookkeeping, tax, finance, technical, hosting, database, logging, monitoring, QuickBooks Online, Square, and infrastructure service providers only as needed to operate, support, secure, audit, or troubleshoot the application and related accounting workflows.

Data Storage and Security

Authentication tokens, sync state, and related operational data are stored using approved storage systems such as macOS Keychain, managed databases, cloud secret managers, or other secure infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized personnel, authorized service providers, and systems that require access for legitimate business purposes.

Data Retention

Accounting, transaction mapping, sync state, logs, and related records may be retained as needed for business accounting, audit, reconciliation, troubleshooting, operational, legal, tax, and compliance purposes.

User Choices and Access

Because this is an internal business application, requests regarding access, correction, deletion, disconnection, or other data questions should be directed to Miraworld LLC administrators.

Disconnection

Miraworld LLC may disconnect the application from QuickBooks Online or Square when access is no longer needed. Disconnection may stop future synchronization but may not delete records already created or retained for accounting, audit, legal, tax, or compliance purposes.
