SQS Square QuickBooks Sync Terms of Use

SQS Square QuickBooks Sync is an internal integration tool developed and operated by Miraworld LLC for use by Miraworld LLC and its authorized accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and finance service providers.

Authorized Use

This application is intended only for authorized Miraworld LLC personnel and service providers approved by Miraworld LLC. It is not a public consumer application.

Purpose

The application is used to synchronize and reconcile Miraworld LLC Square transaction data with Miraworld LLC QuickBooks Online accounting data. The application may support accounting workflows including transaction synchronization, payout reconciliation, duplicate prevention, audit review, and error investigation.

User Responsibilities

Authorized users must use the application only for legitimate Miraworld LLC business accounting and reconciliation purposes. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse connected accounts, alter accounting records outside approved procedures, or use the application for any unrelated purpose.

No Professional Advice

The application supports accounting data operations but does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Final accounting, tax, and financial review remains the responsibility of Miraworld LLC and its authorized finance, accounting, tax, and bookkeeping personnel or service providers.

Availability and Changes

Miraworld LLC may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the application at any time. Miraworld LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Data Access

Use of the application may require access to Square and QuickBooks Online data belonging to Miraworld LLC. Access is limited to what is necessary for synchronization, reconciliation, audit, reporting, troubleshooting, and related accounting operations.

Confidentiality

Authorized users and service providers must protect Miraworld LLC business, financial, accounting, transaction, and authentication information and must not disclose such information except as authorized by Miraworld LLC or required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miraworld LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the application.

Termination

Access to the application may be revoked at any time if a user is no longer authorized, if a service provider relationship ends, or if these terms are violated.
